Before we get to this point, though, we'd love to try and help resolve any issues you're having with a Kogarashi Coffee product, especially if you need help with your brewing method.

If we reach a point where you would still like a refund, we will credit the required amount back to your original payment source. If this method is unavailable we will need you to send us your name, bank account number and sort code. The refund will be sent by BACS and should arrive in your account within three working days, though processing times may vary depending on your bank.
